Thank you for signing up to GPMail, email for Australian Doctors. Before you create your email, please take a moment to carefully read the end user agreement below. Please note, this service is provided free of charge up to a mailbox size of 1GB. Once your mailbox reaches this size, you will be provided the option to sign-up for a paid account as outlined in Section 8. Support is provided via standard user documentation only. Support desk help is available at an additional cost as outlined in Section 9. By signing up to GPMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this email service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you are not permitted to create an account with GPMail. Further, you accept that at any time, we may modify the terms without prior notice.
2. Indemnity
You indemnify The Business Doctor NSW Pty Ltd t/as Quo Group and any other affiliated entities from any suit, claim or action arising from or related to the use of GPMail.
3. User Eligibility
This service is provided to registered Australian Doctors or individuals working directly within the Australian medical industry. This service is not provided as an alternative to corporate email or as a company-wide mail system. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are eligible to use this service. If we become aware that you do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to terminate the service and remove your access to the associated email address.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform in accordance with all relevant Australian Legislation. This includes but is not limited to; anti-spam laws, impersonation of any person or entity, distribution of illegal or harmful content (including viruses or malware), copyright or trademark laws, illegitimate access to systems or data and any other illicit activity. This clause extends to use of any @gpmail.com.au or @medmail.au domain address to register, create an account or subscribe to any illegitimate, illegal or illicit service.
5. Privacy
All data is collected, held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. We recommend utilising secure and hard-to-hack credentials, as well as MFA and changing your password frequently.
7. Intellectual Property
The GPMail and Medmail free Doctor email service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics & logos, are owned and protected by the intellectual property rights owner The Business Doctor NSW Pty Ltd t/as Quo Group.
8. Paid Service
This service is provided free of charge for mailbox sizes up to 1GB. Once the mailbox reaches 1GB you will be provided with the option to increase the mailbox storage at a cost of $1.00 ex GST AUD per month per GB of storage. You will be unable to send or receive emails if your mailbox size reaches 1GB and you have not paid for additional storage.
9. Support
Standard support for this service is provided via written documentation only. Additional support is available at a cost of $180.00 per hour, charged in 6 minute increments. In order to access this service, you will be required to sign a support agreement with The Business Doctor NSW Pty Ltd t/as Quo Group.
10. Marketing Material
By signing up to this service, you consent to receiving marketing material from us or our affiliates. You may unsubscribe to this marketing at any time.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to remove access and terminate any @gpmail.com.au or @medmail.au account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
13. Interpretation
13.1 Definitions
In the Terms and Conditions:
“us”, “we”, or “our” means “The Business Doctor NSW Pty Ltd t/as Quo Group”
“you” or “your” means the individual of which this agreement is made, the account holder
“the terms” or “this agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, End User Agreement or Terms of Service
“service” means GPMail or Medmail
